1. Service Agreement: By subscribing to our trash collection service, you agree to the terms outlined herein. This agreement commences upon subscription activation and continues until either party terminates in accordance with the terms.​

2. Collection Schedule: Trash pickups will be conducted on the agreed-upon schedule. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated to customers in advance.

3. Billing and Payment: Payment for services will be collected in accordance with the selected plan. Late payments may result in service interruption. Prices are subject to change with proper notice. There are no refunds whatsoever.

4. Service Area: Our services are available within the specified service area. Additional charges may apply for areas beyond this coverage.

5. Bin Preparation: Customers are responsible for proper trash preparation, including ensuring that waste is securely contained and easily accessible for collection.

6. Prohibited Waste: Hazardous materials, toxic substances, and other prohibited waste must not be placed in the collection bins. Customers found in violation will be subject to penalties and potential service suspension.

7. Service Suspension: Failure to comply with terms, including non-payment or improper waste disposal, may lead to service suspension or termination.

8. Termination: Customers may terminate the service by providing written notice before the next billing cycle, by contacting us directly by email, or by canceling on our website. Any outstanding payments must be settled prior to termination.

9. Liability: While we strive to provide efficient and reliable service, we are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from service interruptions, acts of nature, disposal of hazardous materials, disposal of desired belongings, unforeseen circumstances, damages from trash placed in the wrong location, damages from trash placed at the wrong time, damages to property owners from customer trash placed and intended for pickup, or any other forms of damage.

10. Data Privacy: We may collect and store personal information necessary for service provision. This data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes and are encouraged to review the terms periodically.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our service.
